What to Except
When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:
- Referral letter from your GP, specialist or surgeon (ie a medical doctor) which includes a list of your current medications and the name of any medications you’re allergic to
- Medicare card, DVA card, pension card (where applicable)
- Have your Private Hospital Insurance information with you (where applicable)
- Blood test results, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
If you need to cancel an appointment
Telephone the office, and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to others on our waiting list.
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
If you would like, feel free to ring our Clinic 1 hour before your scheduled appointment, to see how things are progressing on the day.
